* Never to refrain oneself going to toilet,
* Do not cool lower part of the body; especially sole,
* Eat regular meals and do not keep stress,
* Avoid strain,
* Change a sanitary pad ahead of time as to keep it clean,
* Avoid sexual intercourse under filthy condition,
* Take liquid when sweat a lot after playing sports etc.

Unless otherwise you have physical constitution exactly like textbook, other Chinese herbal medicines may be used along with these above depending on your physical constitution.
